Yoga as Supreme Way to Happiness
Yoga is the best way to reach the goal of human life. Everyone has natural instinct to make life pleasant and happy. Happiness is felt as an absolute aim of mankind. Without success and happiness human life known to be aimless and meaningless. Simultaneously, our saintly and great scholarly forefathers have been teaching us since thousands of years through the base of their highly great experiences that first and very foremost thing of happiness in human life is our good health that is only instrument in the real sense. Obviously, Yoga is the most important Technic to make us fit, healthy and strong physically, mentally and spiritually also. Hence, this has been here quite clear fact that Yoga makes us absolutely happy by making us healthy and enthusiastically energetic.  

Yoga for Beginners
 As we know that Yoga is an essential instrument through which we can reach the goal of our life conveniently by having its regular practice step by step. Therefore, throngs of the people all over the world begin to take utmost interest in learning, teaching and practicing the Yoga in their day-to-day pattern of life. Yoga that teaches us how to discipline our mind to be in our own control is an amazing instrument or method which makes us real human beings. Without Yoga human life is wayward, weak, aimless and meaningless also. That’s why it is like a hot cake everywhere.

That the practice of yoga is typically comprised of three basic elements that are as follows:
1.         Asanas. 
Asanas or postures are gentle stretching movements as well as slow gradual exercises which help us to balance our mind and body while rejuvenating our most vital organs, glands and so on as brain, spine, lungs, heart and both intestines. These very significant postures are intended to increase the blood and Prana supply well in our all organs and glands.
2.    Pranayama. 
Pranayama is the vital method to make our breathing in proper manner with having hold our own control over inhaling and exhaling. By having regular practice of well pranayama  in our daily life we get mostly tremendous powerful energy in our body and this energy creates vitality in our body and helps to combat sickness or disease. Yoga breathing or Pranayama also improves our brain function, helps to eliminate toxins in the body and promotes relaxation. By combining practice of asanas and pranayama together the result is a state of high vitality and rejuvenation fantastically. Pranayama, that is to say, Yoga breathing is performed through the nose through both during inhalation and exhalation in the real sense.
3.    Meditation.
 Meditation is concentration over our mind through a particular or some specific methods or manners. It helps us to increase the benefits of the postures and Pranayama by concentrating the healing effects where it is needed in our body. Meditation may involve on visualization or just affirmation the presents conditions as they are for the time being.

For the beginners, in the field of Yoga, there must be felt as very special and exciting span of time in their life. At the outset, it may be helpful if they start practicing in different classes freely to some extent to understand and make up their mind according to its environmental perspective nature. As there are so many different schools of Yoga, it may be tried several of them in the beginning to determine which one is realized the best in accordance with our needs and wishes and liking. There may be many styles of Yoga in various schools but the most important fact is that there must be internal satisfaction through the realization of good improvement in fitness of body and lightness as well as enlightenment of mind and soul properly to some good extent.
